The 45th Oriente Occidente Dance Festival is a great chance to use your skills and learn more. By joining our production team, you’ll get to experience the inner workings of an international festival.
You will support the team in all operational phases of the Festival. Specifically:
assisting with the staging of performances
managing relations with guest artists and companies
assisting the public and monitoring activities
helping with logistics during events, including hospitality and transportation of artists and guests
applying cultural, social, and environmental sustainability practices in all activities
The start date and total internship hours are flexible and will be agreed upon based on your curricular requirements. To actively participate in the Festival, the internship may begin in the second half of August. Indicative hours:
until August 29, 2025: Monday to Friday, approx. 6 hours per day
from September 1 to 13, 2025: approx. 8 hours per day, with availability required in the evenings and on weekends (rest days will be arranged accordingly)
During the Festival, flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required, with appropriate rest time afterward.
