From January 2022 we joined the prestigious international network EDN - European Dance Development Network which brings together 48 dance houses in 27 European countries.
EDN aims at cooperation between dance houses that share a common vision on the development of the art of dance beyond national borders, for the guarantee of a sustainable future of this artistic sector, increasing its importance within society.
The EDN network includes some of the most active and important centres of the European contemporary dance scene with the common mission of strengthening the role of contemporary dance in shaping more diverse, equitable and sustainable models through:
Advocacy and research: mediate and create awareness of the specificity of contemporary dance and to strengthen the onward movement of the dance sector on a European level
Capacity building: creating conditions for exchanges and facilitating knowledge sharing
Connecting and collaborating with organisations, other networks and stakeholders to enhance the relevance of diverse dance, audiences and citizens' engagement
