Associated Artist

Before us, the underground world. A dark, earthy cavity houses an invisible and industrious ecosystem of organisms engaged in the complex process of constant connection, exchange and transformation of the world.

Separate biological kingdoms are mutually connected: ULTRA offers a view of a hidden world through the presence of two electric bodies, custodians of an archive of knowledge, which bring to light the regenerative power of relationships.

The separation between human and non-human is questioned in an attempt to redefine the boundaries of our hegemonic power and redress the asymmetries that characterise the present time.

In the close relationship between body, sound, voice, light and smell, ULTRA urges us to imagine ourselves as ultra-human, united in a surge of collective contamination and called upon to welcome unexpected relationships into our lives and think of ourselves as connected, in a new global balance.

Nicola Galli, a talented rising star, remarkable for his choreographic construction and pursuit of other dance formats with a broader scope than solos and duets.
